【ご利用に当たってのお願い】

ご利用の際は、以下の点に注意いただきますようお願いいたします。

• 現在、派遣可能な通訳者が少ないため、派遣できないことがあります。
• 風邪症状のある患者さんの通訳はいたしません。
• 通訳者が新型コロナウイルスの濃厚接触者になる、感染するなどした場合、派遣を中止させていただく場合がございます。

ご案内

日本語を母語としない市民が安心して医療サービスを受け、健康に暮らせるよう京都市、特定非営利活動法人 多文化共生センターきょうとが協働して、医療通訳者の養成、派遣を行う医療通訳派遣事業を実施しています。

医療通訳の利用の範囲

受付、外来診察、検査、薬処方箋交付、医療費の支払い

※費用は無料です。

対応言語・時間帯

・韓国・朝鮮語：　火・水・金曜日　9:00〜12:00（予約制）

・英語：　金曜日　9:00〜12:00（予約制）　

・中国語：　火・金曜日　9:00〜12:00（予約不要）　

　※外来の受付時間は11:00まで
　※ご予約については、利用日の５営業日（平日外来診療日）前までにお申し出ください。

If you have to cancel or change your appointment, please be sure to contact the hospital before your appointment day  and  cancel the interpreting as well.

1. “Yoyaku to Tsuyaku wo Cancel shitai desu.” (I would like to cancel my appointment  and  the interpreting.)
2. “Namae wa (Your name) desu.” (My name is …)
3. “The date  and  time of your appointment.” (They can understand the dates  and  times in English)
4. “Shinryoka wa ( )desu.” (The department I had an appointment is …. Please refer to the translation below)
