For Patients Coming to Japan for Medical Purposes
If you wish to visit our hospital for medical examinations or treatment, please apply through a Japan government-registered guarantor institution (such as a medical coordinator or travel agency). Additionally, obtaining a medical stay visa is required.

We do not accept inquiries from patients themselves or their families.
If you have not yet decided on a guarantor organization, please refer to the list of guarantor organizations below and contact the service providers directly.
Similarly, if you are referred by another medical institution, we will also provide information on guarantor organizations.

Process for Receiving Medical Treatment by Overseas Patients
- The patient contacts a Japan government-registered medical coordination agency to request treatment at our hospital.
(Coordination fees are paid by the patient) - The coordination agency submits the treatment request and medical information to our hospital’s community liaison office.( Japanese only)
- Our hospital reviews the case and informs the agency of acceptance or refusal.
- The agency informs the patient of the result.
- Appointment date and time are scheduled.
- The agency assists with travel arrangements such as a medical visa.
- The patient visits and receives treatment.
- The coordination agency pays the medical fees to our hospital.
Important Notice
- Available languages and services vary depending on the medical guarantor organization. Please contact your guarantor organization for details.
- It may take time to determine whether we can accept a patient and to finalize an appointment date and time. After review, we may not be able to accept the patient. Please note that coordination fees are the responsibility of the patient.
- Medical fees must be paid through a medical coordination agency. If your agency does not support payment processing, we will not be able to accept your case.
- Emergency treatment for patients who develop symptoms or sustain injuries after entering Japan for tourism purposes is not subject to the above conditions.
